Friday, Saturday or Sunday night, which ever works best for you. Run through the list of BIG OIL stocks and find the candidates. This takes the most time initially, but eventually you get this down to almost no time at all because you become so familiar with the list of stocks.
Once you have selected your candidates, Bullish, Bearish and Neutral, the next step is to build the positions.
